Nasty Swarm of Bees Interrupt MLB Game

Bee swarm delays game between D-backs, Giants: Bees and baseball do not mix. Of course, the bees are in Salt Lake City and the Burlington Bees minor league teams. But a swarm of bees flying in the stadium during a football match, of course, put an end to the action, sending the players ran to the dugout and the fans from their seats.

Talk about the history of Bazzy. Arizona and San Francisco Giants were in the upper part of the second half of the exhibition game day Sunday, when the bees are shipped in entering into the field next to the center field wall, fly right over the infield and regulation in the Giants dugout.

Fire officials were called, and it took 41 minutes for bees and focus on the game with the ball. The incident occurred in the most luxurious stadium spring training, the fields in the River Talking Stick Salt. The facility opened a year ago and it is common for the Diamondbacks and Colorado Rockies.

Diamondbacks and the Rockies took part in the final game with a delay of bees, the teams moved to Scottsdale from the spring training site in Tucson, Arizona in 2005, playing in the Tucson Electric Park was delayed 20 minutes. The delay also bee was held at the same stage in 2003.

Diamondbacks ace Ian Kennedy pitching when the game is a violation of bees, the Giants were runners on second and third and Freddy Sanchez was up to the plate with one of them. Rarely, the rally was stopped in such a strange way.

Like a swarm of slow on the field, most fans do not know about the situation, Diamondbacks center fielder Chris Young started doing well, straight to the boat.

"I heard before I saw him," Young said. "This is not the first time it happened, somehow, I knew what was happening."

First baseman Paul Goldschmidt was embarrassed when he saw young people working outside the field. Then he looked at his right and understand. He immediately sought safety.

"I tried to get out as fast as he could, without looking too scared," said Goldschmidt.

Fans of the above giants dugout to release their seats, and a message on the instrument panel, explained the reason for the delay. Officials say it does not seem that someone is bitten or injured.
