Pietrus Celtics' Hospitalized After Fall: Boston Celtics swingman Mickael Pietrus was to remain in hospital overnight after being wheeled off the field on a stretcher during a game in Philadelphia on Friday after a fall.Pietrus had an MRI after the X-ray and CT scan and the Celtics said that closed head injury dubious - that is, it does not bleed, and they do not believe that it is yet.
